Rob and Jeannie were a great team in selling and buying a new home. In a tough sellers' market, they helped us sell our home at a maximum price within several months. Despite buying the home several years prior during the end of the market hype, we still walked away with a 17% capital gain - quite incredible considering most sellers are loosing 10-20% under the same conditions. On the buying end, they were very knowledgeable of the market, skilled in negotiations, and very patient and helped us find the property of our dreams. Being that they are a husband and wife duo, this was an added plus in that availability to our realtors was seldom an issue; even under short notice, Rob or Jeannie could find a way to come through.
